In May of 2012, my bride of 6 months, mysteriously ended our relationship.

While deeply saddened by her decision, I didn't really have a choice in the matter.

As it was her decision to end our relationship, I asked for the return of sinsod and klongman (multiple times), but she refused to voluntarily return what she was not entitled to keep.

Pursuant to Section 1437 of Thai law, I asked for the court's assistance, to convince her to do the right thing. I prepared material for review by a legal firm in Bangkok.

With regards to the legal proceedings between myself and Parinyanuch, following are the agreements and final judgment of the court: (for those who cannot read Thai, to her credit, she did return most of what she was obligated to return)
